We recommend that our customers order individual samples of the desired products before placing large volume orders. Free samples will not be sent due to the large volume of sample requests. Product samples are only free once the actual customer order is more than 50 units (unless otherwise stated).

• The samples will be charged at the stated price.

• Customers pay for shipping costs.

• The samples are not part of our return policy.

For the products available in our office in Germany, we will send you the samples via DHL within 2 days. Customers pay for listed domestic freight charge by DHL.

The following applies to products that are not available in Germany:

A: We will inform you when we have similar product samples available in Germany. You can then decide if this works as a replacement for your final assessment, if not, then:

B: We ship the item directly from the factory in China with DHL or air parcel registered to your name. We will inform you about the shipping costs (or you can log into your customer account via our portal and place an order to order samples - the system will show you the corresponding shipping costs).

The customer pays for the international freight cost and has the opportunity to choose the shipping methods according to their needs. Registered packages take 7-12 days and DHL International takes 5-9 days, where DHL International costs 25% more than the registered package. Please also consult our staff for specific shipping times and costs.
